The focus of the company's operations is on issues connected with strategic management, with the holding and with building of the value of the subsidiary companies' portfolio, and in particular with  supervision of  strategies of the individual business segments, the owner supervision of the portfolio companies, capital operations  (acquisitions, sales, mergers, splits of the portfolio companies) and coordination of the financial policy (including in particular raising of capital). The company activity comprises hot galvanizing services (including fencing systems, steel building structures, bridge grates, road safety fences) and displacement galvanizing services (including tanks, refrigeration equipment), which provide effective means of corrosion protection of steel structures. The galvanizing plant was thoroughly modernized in the years 2000-2004 with investment costs exceeding 7 million PLN, which made it possible to increase its production capacity to 20,000 tons/year.
